When coating the surface of seamless pipes, the coating thickness is 3mm to 12mm, and the coating strength can reach HRC58-HRC62. The wear resistance is about 15-20 times that of ordinary steel plates, 5-10 times that of low alloy steel plates, and 2-5 times that of high chromium cast iron. The wear resistance is much higher than that of spray welding and arc spraying.

Aluminum alloy carbides have extremely strong reliability at high temperatures, and seamless steel pipes can also achieve a normal usage experience under 500 ℃ temperature conditions. For other special requirements, the ambient temperature can be professionally customized to meet standard applications 

within 1200 ℃. Porcelain, polyurethane, fiber materials, etc. use adhesive methods, and metal composite materials cannot meet the requirements for continuous high temperatures.
